Feeling cold this autumn? Take a coat for free.
This is a joint effort between the Sustainability Society and BCU to help ensure students have access to coats to keep warm this winter.
The coats on the rail at BCUSU Reception have been donated to ensure for students who cannot afford a coat. There are a limited number of coats, so please do not take more than you need.
Like to help? Leave a coat you no longer need.
For anyone donating coats, please ensure there is nothing left in the pockets and they are in a wearable condition:
We are currently looking for all kinds of coats or warm clothing (jumpers and hoodies), adult mens / womens / gender neutral coats of all sizes, as long as they are in a wearable condition.
The Coat Drive will take place in the BCUSU Reception area, Curzon Building,1st floor from the 14th of October to the 31st of January. We encourage you to use the rail to leave coats on or take from if you need one.
