Get involved in wellbeing activities for Uni Mental Health Day

Check out the following activities, and get loads information from support teams at BCU and external organisations.

City Centre Campus

11am - Yoga, Curzon Building

Relax and reset with a free short yoga session. No experience or equipment necessary! 

Book for yoga here

11am – 2pm, Wellbeing Fair, Curzon Atrium

  • Meet mini donkeys
  • Origami and badge making with BCU Library
  • Meet the Student Advisory Group
  • Create clay figures and friendship bracelets with BCUSU and the Mental Health and Wellbeing team
  • Chat to the LGBT Staff Network and BCUSU LGBTQ+ Society
  • Join in with Board Games with the Student Success and Retention Team
  • Find out more about volunteering opportunities
  • Hive Mind: Pose a question or offer a solution. 

City South Campus

11am – 2pm, Wellbeing fair, Seacole Atrium

  • Meet lambs!
