Being at University is an exciting time in your life. Staying healthy and looking after your wellbeing are important and key to succeeding and achieving your potential. There is a lot of support available on campus aimed at helping you achieve this. In particular:

If you do find that you are unwell or have personal issues that are affecting your ability to study it is helpful to speak to your Personal Tutor. They will be able to advise you on the best ways that they can help you and the support available. Also check out our Academic Advice pages for further information on what to do and who to speak to.
