Litter is not great. It makes our environment look messy, it can pollute, and to hedgehogs, they pose a real danger. With the thousands of spikey spines on their back, they are particularly susceptible to becoming trapped in litter and becoming seriously injured. Our campus litter pick seeks to mitigate the threat posed by litter to hedgehogs and wildlife by removing as much of it as possible from the community.
